Southern Cornbread with a Twist
We’re continuing to use our Master Baking Mix posted back in October to whip up fast and easy baked goods to accompany our holiday meals.
Bloom Anyway!
I was sitting at my writing desk distracted by the wind whipping the tree branches first one way, then the other, loosening the browning leaves from their seasonal precarious hold. Master Baking Mix
I’m sure you’ve noticed that grocery store shelves are running low on inventory. As a baker, my favorite shortcut recipes are lacking in ingredients, especially if they call for specific baking mixes. And if you do find what you need, chances are, the prices are exorbitant!
Journeying our Way to our Selves
My husband, Tim, and I have been watching a documentary series called Native America. I’m learning quite a bit of history and geography based on the extraordinary oral traditions, written texts, and story-telling art work left by Native Americans beginning more than 13,000 years ago. This Empire’s creations centered around humanity’s relationships with earth, sky, and water.
