Some of us will actually be able to have family together for Easter Sunday this year. Are you stressed trying to re-learn how to have company again? The last thing we need is a complicated main dish to serve. This make-ahead chicken casserole is a crowd pleaser and oh so easy to put together. Put your energy into loving on your family, not on meal prep!
Prepare rice as directed on pkg. Saute onions and celery in butter. Add all other ingredients reserving 1 cup of cheese and almonds to sprinkle on top. Spoon into two 11 by 7 inch pans or one 15 by 10 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. This caserole can be frozen for up to 3 months.
