I listen to podcasts often while doing mindless tasks around the house and in the garden. NPR is always in rotation.
Emergency Baking Substitutions
I usually bake on impulse when I’m hankering for “sampan sampan,” or I’m down and need cheering up. Instead of a scented candle changing my mood, the aromas of baking definitely do the trick!
